I enjoyed my stay here, especially the daily housekeeping with fresh towels and good bathroom amenities. The pure joy of taking a bath with the waters running and good pressure made my evenings lovely! On the downside, the room was quite tiny without much space for my luggage, but I'd definitely choose to stay again next time.

Great Location with Local Flavor
I stayed for 6 nights in a Superior Double Room, and the location was fantastic—plenty of restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere surrounding the hotel. The room, while compact like many in Singapore, had a comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. I did notice the bathroom would get wet after a shower, which is typical in this part of Asia. being just a short walk from Nicoll Highway MRT was a real plus.

i stayed at the heritage for one night after a previous trip to singapore. the room was surprisingly spacious and clean. There were plenty of food options nearby. the friendly staff made everything even better!

Strongly recommend for a budget stay
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the hotel is well-connected with public transport, just a 5-minute walk to Nicoll Highway MRT for easy access throughout the city.

I had a really good stay for 6 nights! My Superior Double Room was big enough at 14m2, which is quite spacious for Singapore. The air conditioning worked well, and I appreciated the kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The daily housekeeping kept things clean, and I enjoyed the hot water in the shower. The location in Kampong Glam was fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby, and the area felt very safe and vibrant.
Some areas could be cleaner.
